Integrality Change Management

IQ-EQ-SQ Iceberg

Our western society and as such most decision makers and organisations rely almost solely on the rational left brain side (IQ). Integrality uses the metaphor of the iceberg to illustrate that more than 90% is hidden under the surface and that we need to be more aware of this. We believe we need to utilise our right brain (EQ) and spiritual ‘heart’ brain (SQ) much more.

You can read more about IQ, EQ & SQ and the importance of spiritual awareness on my Dutch website and in my IESberg blog and my recently published blog ‘Van buiten naar binnen: HNW begint bij jezelf!’ here: Part 1 & Part 2 (both in Dutch language). And you can read some more recent blogs here and here.

Lars about awareness and spiritual growth

“I’ve discovered that this awareness is not enough to achieve real change. It sounds like a cliché but a better world really starts with yourself. My mind had been in control for a long time as a result of which I was not able to see that my own projections and separated self leads to a analytical and critical mind, but won’t lead to sustainable change.

Great leaders such as Mahatma Ghandi and Nelson Mandela have clearly shown that you can only realise profound change by inner balance and the ability to connect to and speak from your heart. Something which in my opinion only can be achieved by growing on a spiritual level.”
